We couldn't be happier with the service we received through Appliance Repair Pro and Dmitriy. Our Whirlpool refrigerator started making some unusual noises and after a couple days the entire unit stopped working. We called Appliance Repair and scheduled a service appointment for the upcoming Friday. We ended up receiving a text message the day before our scheduled appointment letting us know Dmitriy was in the area and available which was fantastic to hear.

Dmitriy was very professional and friendly and within the first visit was able to diagnose the problem, which was related to our control board malfunctioning. He ordered the part and gave me a great estimate for that and labor costs. The part was going to be delivered within a day or two and he kept us updated on the status. Once the part was delivered we had planned on Dmitriy returning the following Monday to install and finish the job but he was incredibly kind enough to come over on a Saturday (!!) which was so unexpected and appreciated. His initial diagnosis surrounding the control board was correct but there was another problem that couldn't be detected before which caused a quick visit to turn into a near two-hour project. The entire time, though, we were confident in his ability to fix the issue. Ultimately, he repaired everything that was wrong with the unit and we are thrilled with how it all turned out.

We can't recommend Appliance Repair Pro enough. Their professional, expert service went above and beyond our expectations. Between being able to come out a day earlier than our scheduled visit to making time on a weekend to finish the service, we were so impressed and can't thank them/him enough for a job well done. Dimitriy was excellent!  I took a photo of the model and serial number of our oven and he was able to order a new heating element for it promptly! My service technician Dimitri was great! He let me know when he was about 30mins away which was perfect time for me to get back from walking the dogs. He was early (15mins) in my service window. While he was here he cleaned out my dryer, repaired the broken roller and walked me through some service items I should be doing going forward. Great and prompt service with very reasonable rates! Dmitriy fixed our oven quickly and alerted us to a safety issue that had not been discovered during our home inspection. We really appreciate how he went above and beyond because my husband and I had a miscommunication that required him to come out a second time. Highly recommend and will call them again for any other repairs we need!
