He ordered the part and gave me a great estimate for that and labor costs. The part was going to be delivered within a day or two and he kept us updated on the status. Once the part was delivered we had planned on Dmitriy returning the following Monday to install and finish the job but he was incredibly kind enough to come over on a Saturday (!!) which was so unexpected and appreciated. His initial diagnosis surrounding the control board was correct but there was another problem that couldn't be detected before which caused a quick visit to turn into a near two-hour project. The entire time, though, we were confident in his ability to fix the issue. Ultimately, he repaired everything that was wrong with the unit and we are thrilled with how it all turned out.
